Rainbow Pops ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’› by @panaceas_pantry

500ml coconut water
1 cup of your desired fruit (berries, mango, kiwi fruit or Passionfruit work well)
2 Tbsp rice malt syrup (optional)
Simply blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (its best to pick just one fruit per 500mL coconut water, if you want the nice colours!). Pour into Popsicle moulds to ¾ full, then insert extra sliced fruit and a Popsicle stick. Freeze over night and enjoy as the perfect summer hangover treat- a rehydrating pop filled with electrolytes and antioxidants. * we made a variety of flavours: blackberry, raspberry, mango, pear and mint, and we added a few a little chia seeds to each (also optional).
