It’s a fact that everything tastes better in a jar😉 inspired by @mrmrsvegan to put my salad in a jar too, so I made this Asian noodle salad with layers of spicy tofu mince, corn, cucumber, carrot, romaine, purple cabbage + a miso-ginger dressing. Flavour EXPLOSION I tell you👅💥💥
P.S. Would you believe me if I told you this salad was made entirely of leftovers?🙌🏼
