Strawberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 500g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
