Summer Garden Pasta Salad - Organic & Gluten free quinoa pasta from @thesourcebulkfoods finished off with all the organic greens, tomato, cucumber, radish and fresh herbs including basil, mint and coriander 💚💚💚
This was actually our lunch on Christmas Day at the beach followed by chilled fruits as we had a very hot day 🌞🌞 with lots of swimming 💦💦 and light eating…hope everyone is now in recovery mode and if you want to make this like all my salads I finished it off with a lemon, extra virgin olive oil and pink salt dressing - it works a treat 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Stay well and sending everyone big hugs.
