Sugoi Hawaii's Famous Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

 US Metric

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • Salt
  • Mochiko flour
  • Sugoi’s Garlic Sauce

Cooking Process:

Salt chicken, roll in mochiko flour, deep fry in hot oil for 11 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.  Pull chicken from hot oil and immediately dip into Sugoi Garlic Sauce.  Serve immediately with rice and macaroni salad!
