Oil-free baked chippies and guacamole for dinner! Actually this is my second meal today, so technically it’s lunch? I’ll eat about half of it now and the rest of it before bed. By the time I finished editing the photo, I had polished off all the guac and am now looking for a suitable dip replacement LOL!! I also didn’t make the guac this time. My friends got it from Whole Foods. Super yum!!

I recommend the golden potatoes from Trader Joe’s. You can buy a 4 pound bag for $4.79. Rinse and chop your taters, dump them into a large bowl and librally sprinkle chili powder and cumin powder all over. Mix the chippies with your hands to ensure they are nicely coated. Line your pans (cookie or cake pans are fine, any shape!) with parchment paper and evenly spread out the chippies. Bake at 425F for around 45 minutes, but check them after 30. The baking time depends on how large you cut your chippies. Yes, chippies is the official name 😂 Enjoy!! ✌️💋
