A jar filled with organic goodness: from the bottom up I have cannelinni beans with coriander & mint, shaved carrot, baby spinach, shaved cucumber which has disappeared 🙈 shredded fresh beetroot, chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes, #homegrown sorrel & violas with a lemon and extra virgin olive dressing base
