Peanut butter blondies! Ingredients: 1 large sweet potato...



Peanut butter blondies! Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato cubed and steamed until soft
Half a cup and 2 tablespoons flour,
Half a cup ground almonds
1 cup date paste
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup 1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup of dark chocolate cut into chunks.
Directions:
Heat oven to 180C. Line a brownie tin with baking paper. Add all ingredients apart from the chocolate chunks to a food processor. Blend until well combined. By hand stir in the chocolate chunks. Simply pour the blondie mixture in to the brownie tin. Cook for 20-25 mins! Via Connie Maisie
