
Homemade Chocolate Bars with Chia Seeds, Cranberries & Almonds
Ingredients:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 100 g white chocolate
- dried fruits ( I used cranberries )
- nuts of your choice ( I used almonds & pumpkin seeds )
- chia seeds
- pinch of salt
Directions:
Place melted Dark Chocolate onto a parchment paper. Add the white chocolate and run a toothpick through the two kinds of chocolate in a circular motion to form decorative swirls.
Season with salt.
Top with dried cranberries, chia seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds & freeze.
Slice into squares
Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap. Store in the freezer.
