Avocado & Noodles

Easy Recipe:
1. Boil water
2. Add Thai rice noodles when water boils. I used 150 grams. Cook for 3 minutes. Mine only needed 3 minutes
3. Meanwhile slice half a mango, half an avocado and prepare your pomegranate
4. Drain water from noodles
5. Make a dressing by mixing sweetner by choice, like 1.5 tbsp agave syrup or sugar, with 2 tbsp white vinegar, juice of half a lime, salt, chopped garlic and grated ginger. Use as much garlic and ginger as you like.
6. Chopp some coriander and mint leaves
7. Toss everything together except for the avocado
8. Place avocado on top
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chili flakes and add cashews. You can toast the sesame seeds and cashews. Enjoy! 馃挌 #Glowlean
