A salty cake with Greek flavor. Made with tomatoes, feta, olives and the new flour “cake flour” of ALLATINI.

*350 g. cow butter, at room temperature (to be very soft) + extra for the pan
*50 g. brown sugar, granulated
*390 g. flour “cake flour” ALLATINI + extra for the pan
*250 g. slice, sliced into small pieces
*100 g. milk fresh
*200 g. cherry tomatoes
*200 g. olives, enucleated
*1 small green pepper chopped
*oregano, a little dry or fresh thyme
In a bowl mix the soft butter with sugar and eggs.
Add flour cake flour, milk and finally the slice, tomatoes, pepper and olives.
Add oregano or thyme.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking pan 24 cm in diameter.
Sprinkle the surface with extra oregano (or thyme) and bake in preheated oven at 170 ° C for 50 minutes.
