VANILLA PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE CRUNCH ICE CREAM
*500 g sour cream
*1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*1 chocolate 100 gr/ 3,5oz milk & caramel, crushed ( I used chirardelli )
*½ cup pistachios
Whisk sour cream , sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract together until smooth.
Add in the chocolate and pistachios.
Pour the mixture into container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
