Beer Bread with sun dried tomatoes & feta
450 g self raising flour
3 tbsp sugar
330 ml beer
150 g feta, crumbled
100 g sun dried tomatoes, drained & chopped
1 tsp oregano
Preheat oven to 170 C, and line a 25~12 cm loaf tin with baking paper.
In a bowl whisk flour, sugar. Add the beer and stir with a spoon till no flour is visible.
Add the sun dried tomato and feta and stir to incorporate .
Transfer mixture to loaf pan, and bake for 1 hour.
Let cool for 5 min before serving.
