HOMEMADE PEANUT BUTTER

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups salted roasted peanuts
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS:

Place the peanuts in a food processor, and process for 1 minute. Use a spatula to loosen mixture from the sides of the bowl if it’s sticking. Add the honey and continue to process until smooth, about 2-3 more minutes.

If your peanut butter is too dry add 1 to 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.

Transfer to an airtight container, cover and refrigerate until use. Peanut butter should keep for between 4-6 weeks in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Peanut Butter If you want a chocolate peanut butter, add ½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
