FRESH RASPBERRY SAUCE
*2 pints fresh raspberries
*½ cup powdered sugar
*½ cup homemade raspberry preserves
*1 tbsp framboise liqueur or lemon juice
Place the raspberries , sugar , and ¼ cup water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, in low heat, and simmer for 5 min.
Pour the mixture and the preserves into a food processor and process until smooth.
Stir in the framboise and chill.
