
Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients:
-400g petit beurre bisquits
-4 tbsp cocoa powder
-3 tbsp cognac
-250g margarine
-1 cup walnuts, chopped
-chocolate sprinkles
️Directions:
Crush the biscuits in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuits and blend to coat. Add the chopped walnuts, cognac and blend again, until the ingredients combine.
Wet your hands with some water, to make it easier to work with the chocolate mixture, roll into balls and Roll over chocolate sprinkles or flaked coconut and place in fridge.
