2 pounds beef stew chunks
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup ( concentrated )
1 pkg onion soup mix
onion ( as much or as little as you like )
garlic ( as much or as little as you like )
pepper ( to taste )
vegetable oil

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meat on all sides.
Combine all of the ingredients in the crock-pot and stir till well incorporated.
Cover, cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
