TYROKAFTERI
HOT PEPPER CHEESE DIP
Ingredients

- 500 g feta cheese
- 250 g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 chili pepper ( mild to hot )
- 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Add the feta and cream cheese to a food processor and pulse until combined.

In the meantime, sauté the pepper in 2 tbsp of olive oil until the skin is lightly browned.
Remove the skin , and chop the pepper into very small pieces.
Add the dill, the pepper and the oil it was sautéed in to the cheese and mash until smooth, adding additional olive oil if needed to bring it to the consistency of a thick (but not stiff) dip
